Wanda Zawila

Wanda Zawila (nee Maciuszek), passed away suddenly on Friday, April 26, 2024 at the age of 78.

Born and raised in Poland, Wanda has been a longtime resident of Philadelphia.

Wanda is the beloved wife of 51 years to Andrzej W. Zawila; loving mother of Andrea (Vincent) White, Joanna Martin and Dorota "Dee" Zawila (Joseph Battipaglia); and cherished Babcia of Nicholas, Emily and Addisyn White, Alexa Fredrickson and Farah Martin. She will also be deeply missed by 2 sisters, 2 brothers and many nieces, nephews and extended family members whom reside in Poland.

She recently retired from Westinghouse Lighting, where she worked as an Inventory Manager for many years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 9:30 am until 10:45 am at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, Pa 19020. Her Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
