On Wednesday, November 30, 2022, Stephen Robert Blanchard, Jr. passed away peacefully in his home at the age of 44.\nStephen was born on October 9, 1978 in Abington, PA to Steven Blanchard and Darlene McDonald. He grew up in Northeast Philadelphia and he graduated from North Catholic High School in 1996. After high school, Stephen worked for some years as a tow truck driver. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and hanging out with friends.\nIn more recent years, Stephen enjoyed spending time at home working on small projects and watching the Eagles game with his beloved cat, Straya.\nStephen was known for his jokes and pranks, his infectious smile and laugh, and for always reaching out to people and letting them know he was thinking of them.\nStephen is survived by his father Steven, his mother Darlene, his sister Harley, his brothers Robert and Frank, his niece Skylar, and many close relatives and friends.\nStephen will be greatly missed by so many who loved him dearly. A memorial gathering in Stephen’s memory will take place on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at the Tamanend Park Farmhouse, 1255 Second Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966, from \n1 - 3 PM.
