Bartol, Regina C. (nee Phelan) Nov. 26, 2018. Age 81. Beloved wife of Thomas Sr. Loving mother of Thomas J. Bartol, Jr (Sharon), John Bartol (Mary), Jim Bartol (Tiffany) and Rosemary Arpino (Jeff). Devoted grandmother of Kyle (Beth), Johnny, Tommy, Bryan, Patrick, Emily, Luke, Jake, Maddie & Jason. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the devoted sister of the late Jack Phelan (the late Trudy) and the late Rosemary Prior (Hugh).
