Carr Neil E. Jan. 11, 2019. Age 76. Husband of the late Maureen R. (nee McNichol). Beloved father of Maureen (Michael), Neil (Alison) and Tara (Michael) Stec. Devoted grandfather of Michael, Scarlett, Jeff, Sharon, Dillon, Liam and Neil Jr. Dear brother of John, Marie and the late James and Karen. Neil was a proud Marine and member of the Philadelphia Police Department's Highway Patrol Unit.
