Kenneth J. Harris

Harris, Kenneth J., of Newtown, age 63, passed away on Aug. 26, 2013. Beloved Husband of Susanne (nee Higgins). Devoted Father of Kelly Ann. Loving Brother of Raymond Harris, Wayne Harris, Charlene Moore, Jeanette Doddridge, Ron Harris and the Late Robert Harris. Ken grew up in Roxborough, a veteran of the U.S. Army , he held the rank of Sergeant during the Vietnam War. He was a truck driver and safety manager for Ward Trucking. Ken was an avid fisherman and long time Flyers fan. After a long struggle with his illness, he succumbed to lung cancer at home surrounded by his loved ones. Relatives and friends are invited to his Religious service and Military Honors at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd. Newtown, PA 18940 on Tues. Sept 3, 2013 at 11 AM.
