Karl Steward

Karl E. Steward, age 91, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2026

He was the cherished son of the late Robert and Olga (nee Bryant) Steward. Beloved brother of the late Louise (the late Jack) Todd, the late Dorothy (the late Frank) Schaefer, the late Robert Steward and the late Diane Joan (the late Robert C.) Kalbfell. Dear uncle of Eileen Delia (Michael), Connie Schaefer, Hellen Patton (Jeff), Kathy Ruch (Scott), Robert Schaefer (Debbie). Also survived by many grand nieces and grand nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to offer condolences to his family on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10:30 until 11:15 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. 19114. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 AM. Committal will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
