Hugh J. Prior Obituary (1936 - 2020) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Hugh J. Prior of the Morrell Park section of Philadelphia entered into rest on Werdnesday, February 19, 2020 with his family at his side at the age of 83. Mr. Prior was the beloved husband of the late Rosemary (Phelan). He is the loving father of the Rev. Msgr. Joseph G., John P. (Dottie), Jeffrey M. (Jody) and Jeanne M. (Michael) Bonner. Loving Pop of Kerri Dimmick (Dalton), Kate Klumpp (Brian), Michael, Molly, Matthew, John, Dan, Meghan and Ivan and Great Grandpop of Owen, Liam, Peyton, Sawyer and Noah. He was the loving brother of the late Patricia and is survived by his brother-in-law Tom Bartol and many nieces and nephews. Family, friends, Reverend Clergy and Religious may call on Sunday, February 23rd from 5-7 p.m. and Monday, February 24th from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at T.J. Fluehr Funeral Home, 11010 Knights Rd, Phila. 19154. His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, 12 noon at Christ the King Church, 3252 Chesterfield Rd, Phila. 19114 followed by Rite of Committal at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to Christ the King Church. Florists, all deliveries should arrive at the funeral home on Sunday no later than 2:30 PM.
