Gregory Bliss

Gregory D. Bliss, age 77, of Philadelphia, passed away on December 3, 2024, after a brief illness.

Greg cherished the time that he spent with his family. When his boys were younger, he encouraged them to play sports and supported them at their games and practices. As he got older his attention shifted to his grandchildren. He was always available to babysit which more times than not meant a trip to get lunch. Greg and his wife Marie had a place in Cape May Courthouse that became his place of solace. He enjoyed it even more when his family was there with him.

In his quiet time, Greg liked to do Crossword or Word Search puzzles. A sports fan, he liked to follow the Phillies. Greg, along with Marie, were integral parts of the animal rescue Four the Paws. He spent countless hours and weekends travelling around the state to provide help and shelter for animals in need

Beloved husband of Marie (nee Nawrocki). Loving father of Jimmy (Jeannine) McGoldrick, Tom (Alicja) McGoldrick and Kevin Bliss. Devoted grandfather of Ella, Ava, Lucas and Gavin. Dear brother of Steve (Clare) Bliss and Connie (Dave) Passarelli.

Relatives, friends, and teachers and staff of Holy Ghost Prep are invited to his viewing on December 11, 2024 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Holy Ghost Preparatory Chapel, 2429 Bristol Pike, Bensalem.
