Dorothy J. Buck (nee Dobies), age 87, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2020. A longtime resident of Port Richmond, Dorothy was a member of St. Anne Church. She loved every opportunity to spend time with her family. When Dorothy was not with her family she was always ready to play Bingo or visit the senior center. She is the wife of the late Gerald J Buck; Beloved mother of Joseph (Winnie), Thomas (Rose) and Joan; Adoring grandmother of Joe(Kristine), Jennifer (Danny), Tommy(Kristen), Jimmy (Amanda), Melissa(Wayne), Michelle(Mike),Cathy(Sean); Cherished great-grandmother of Joe (Rosanna), Alicia (Drew), Emily, Joey, Faith, Olivia, Chase, Emma, Elias, Thomas, and Arianna; Devoted great-great-grandmother of Joey; Dear Sister of Irene (Charles), Lorraine (Edward), and the late Frank (Sue). Due to the National Health Crisis, a private service and burial will be held with the Immediate family only. When friends and family can gather safely, everyone will be invited to a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Calvary Church.
