Anthony L. Maher, "Tony", of Philadelphia, age 76, passed away on February 21, 2022. \nA graduate of Father Judge High School, he served in the Army as a veterinary technician ('68-'72). While stationed in Vietnam Tony provided veterinary care for the canines that patrolled alongside our soldiers. Tony succumbed to the long term health effects of Agent Orange while being exposed to it during the Vietnam War.\nBeloved husband of the late Cecelia (nee Fitzsimmons); Son of The late Jane and Francis Maher of Philadelphia. Tony is survived by his sister Jeanne Kovach (Al) of Coronado, CA. and he is preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Wycis and brother Frank Maher. \nRelatives and Friends are invited to offer condolences to his family Monday February 28, 2022 from 10 - 11 AM at St. Anselm Church, 12670 Dunks Ferry Rd.
